Tentative Calendar of Examinations for

CWE-IV for RRBs and CWE-V for Participating Organizations

CWE RRB-IV – Recruitment of Officers Scales I, II & III and Office Assistants

There will be single examination for each of these cadres and the tentative dates are as follows:

RRBs CWE-IV

05.09.2015, 06.09.2015, 12.09.2015, 13.09.2015, 19.09.2015,

20.09.2015, 26.09.2015 & 27.09.2015

PSBs – CWE PO/MT-V and CWE CLERK-V

It has been decided by the competent authority to hold two-tier examinations for recruitment of PO/MT and Clerks from CWE-V onwards. All the candidates who successfully register themselves under CWE PO/MT-V and CWE CLERK-V will be called for Preliminary Examinations. Based on the performance in the preliminary examination, certain number of candidates will be shortlisted for each of these examinations. The short listed candidates will then be called for Main Examinations. There will be fewer number of questions in the Preliminary Examination with shorter duration. The details with regard to both the Preliminary and Main examinations will be made available on IBPS website through the detailed notifications in due course.

The marks obtained in the Preliminary examination will not be considered for preparing the final merit list  and  the  marks  obtained  in  the  Main  Examination  will  only be  considered  for  short  listing for interview.

ગુજરાત સરકારના સામાન્‍ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તાઃ ર૧-૩-૮૮ ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંકઃ કેબીવાય-૧૧૮૬- ૧૬૧૫-ગ.૩ થી "સ્‍ટાફ સીલેકશન કમિશન" ની તેમાં નિયત કરેલ કાર્યો બજાવવા માટે રચના કરવામાં આવી હતી. સા.વ.વિભાગના તાઃ રર-૧૧-૧૯૮૮ ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંકઃ કેબીવાય-૧૧૮૬-૧૬૧૫-ગ.૩ થી આ કમિશનના નામને, તેની કામગીરી, કાર્યક્ષેત્ર વિગેર બાબતો લક્ષમાં લેતાં, વધુ સ્‍૫ષ્‍ટ બનાવવાના હેતુથી તેનું "ગુજરાત કર્મચારી ૫સંદગી મંડળ" રાખવાનું ઠરાવવામાં આવ્‍યુ હતું ૫રંતુ રાજયમાં ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગ નામનું આયોગ અસ્‍તિત્‍વમાં હોઈ, એક જ હેતુ માટે બે આયોગ હોઈ ન શકે તેથી સા.વ.વિભાગના તાઃ ૦૧-૦૫-૧૯૯૦ ઠરાવ ક્રમાંકઃ કેબીવાય-૧૦૮૮-રર૪૧-ગ.૩ થી મંડળનું નામ "ગુજરાત ગૌણ સેવા ૫સંદગી મંડળ" રાખવામાં આવ્‍યું છે. આ કચેરી ખાતાના વડાની કચેરીનો દરજજો ધરાવે છે..

અરજી કરવાની રીત
મંડળ ધ્વારા નક્કી થયેલ જાહેરાતના સંદર્ભમાં ફક્ત ઓનલાઇન અરજી જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. ઉમેદવાર જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ તારીખ દરમ્‍યાન http://ojas.guj.nic.in પર અરજીપત્રક ભરી શકશે.
ઉમેદવારે
. સૌ પ્રથમ http://ojas.guj.nic.in પર જવું. હવે . "Apply On line" Click કરવું. . તાજેતરની નોકરીની જાહેરાત પૈકી જે સંવર્ગની જાહેરાતમાં અરજી કરવાની હોય તેના પર Click કરવાથી તે જગ્‍યાની વિગતો મળશે. . તેની નીચે "Apply now" પર click કરવાથી Application Fomat ખુલશે જેમાં સૌ પ્રથમ "Personal Details" ઉમેદવારે ભરવી. (અહીં લાલ ફુંદડી ( * ) નિશાની હોય તેની વિગતો ફરજિયાત ભરવાની રહેશે.) . Personal Details ભરાયા બાદ "Educational Details" ભરવા માટે "Educational Qualifications" પર Click કરવું. જો વધુ લાયકાત દર્શાવવા માંગતા હો તો "Add more education" પર Click કરવું. તેની નીચે "Self declaration" પર click કરવું. ત્‍યારબાદ ઉપરની શરતો સ્‍વીકારવા માટે "yes" પર click કરવું. હવે અરજી પૂર્ણ રીતે ભરાઇ ગયેલ છે. હવે save પર click કરવાથી તમારી અરજીનો online સ્‍વીકાર થશે. અરજી કર્યા બાદ ઉમેદવારનો "Application number" generate થશે. જે ઉમેદવારે સાચવીને રાખવાનો રહેશે.

ઉમેદવારો માટે વધારાની માહિતી
ઇન્ટરવ્યુના દિવસે નિયત સમયે નીચે મુજબના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો ક્રમાનુસાર અચૂક રજૂ કરવા . ઇન્ટરવ્યુ કોલ લેટર . જન્મ તારીખનો પુરાવો . ડિગ્રી પ્રમાણપત્ર/માર્કશીટ . ઇન્ટર્નશીપ પૂરી કર્યાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર . જાતિનું પ્રમાણપત્ર . નોન ક્રીમીલેયર પ્રમાણપત્ર (સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક પછાત વર્ગ માટે) . રજિસ્ટ્રેશન સર્ટિફીકેટ . અનુભવ દર્શાવેલ હોય તે પ્રમાણપત્ર . N.O.C. - ના વાંધા પ્રમાણપત્ર (સરકારી કર્મચારીના કિસ્સામાં) સફળ ઇન્ટરવ્યુ માટે સોનેરી સૂચનો . ચહેરો હસતો અને પ્રફૂલ્લિત રાખો. . અવાજ સ્પષ્ટ અને મોટો રાખો. . પૂછે તેનો જ જવાબ આપો. . જવાબ ટૂંકો અને મુદ્દાસર આપો. . ઉતાવળથી ખોટો જવાબ ન આપો. . વિચારીને સાચો જવાબ આપવા પ્રયત્ન કરો. . જવાબ સમજાય તેવો આપો. ઇન્ટરવ્યુમાં આનંદ અનુભવો કેટલાક ઉમેદવારો ઇન્ટરવ્યુ વખતે શિથિલ (nervous) થઇ જતા હોય છે. આ લખાણ પણ ખાસ તેમને ઉદ્દેશીને જ છે. શું પૂછાશે એવી ભવિષ્યની ચિંતા દૂર કરો. મનને સ્વસ્થ અને પ્રફૂલ્લિત રાખો. તમારી સ્વાભાવિકતા અને સાહજિકતા જાળવી રાખો. ઘરમાં વડીલો સાથે વાત કરતા હોઇએ એવી આ વાતચીત જ છે. તેથી તે રીતે આનંદ, ઉત્સાહ અને ઉમંગથી ઇન્ટરવ્યુ આપો. બાકી બધું ઇશ્વર પર છોડી દો. તે તમારી સાથે છે અને તમારી સંભાળ રાખે છે એવો વિશ્વાસ રાખો.

અરજીપત્રક (ઓફ લાઇન) ભરવા માટેની અગત્‍યની સૂચનાઓ

અરજીપત્રકો મંડળ ખાતેથી વિતરણ / સ્‍વીકાર કરવાનાં કિસ્‍સામાં રૂબરૂમાં (ઓફ લાઇન) અરજીપત્રક ભરવા માટેની અગત્‍યની સૂચનાઓ

. અરજદારોએ નિયત અરજીપરક સાથે શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવ, અન્‍ય લાયકાતો, વયમર્યાદા અને જાતિને લગતા પ્રમાણપત્રો (નોનક્રિમિલેયર સર્ટીફીકેટ) કોઇપણ પ્રકારના બિડાણો બીડવાનાં નથી. મંડળ દ્વારા નિયત સમયમર્યાદામાં મળેલ અરજીઓની પ્રાથમિક ચકાસણી કરીને લાયક ઉમેદવારોને પ્રાથમિક લેખિત કસોટીમાં ઉપસ્‍થિત થવા દેવામાં આવશે. મૌખિક કસોટી સમયે મંડળ ઉમેદવારે અરજીમાં દર્શાવેલ જન્‍મ તારીખ, જાતિ, (સા.શૈ.પ.વર્ગનાં ઉમેદવારનાં કિસ્‍સામાં નોનક્રિમિલેયર સર્ટીફીકેટ) અને શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવને લગતી વિગતોની અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો સાથે ખરાઇ કરશે. ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાના કોઇપણ તબક્કે મંડળના ધ્‍યાન પર એ બાબત આવશે કે ઉમેદવારે અરજીપત્રકમાં દર્શાવ્‍યા મુજબની જરૂરી શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, વય, જાતિ, અનુભવ કે અન્‍ય લાયકાત નિયત તારીખે ધરાવતા નથી તો જે તે તબક્કે તેને ઉમેદવારી માટે અને મૌખિક કસોટી માટે ગેરલાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે. અને પસંદગી/નિમણૂંક થઇ ગયેલ હશે તો તે રદ ગણવામાં આવશે. તેવા ઉમેદવાર સામે મંડળ દ્વારા યોગ્‍ય પગલા લેવામાં આવશે. . સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોએ જે તે નાણાંકીય વર્ષનું (તા. ૧-૪ થી ૩૧-૩ ના રોજ પૂર્ણ થતું વર્ષ) નું ઉન્‍નત વર્ગમાં સમાવેશ ન થતો હોવાનું (નોન ક્રિમિલેયર) સર્ટીફીકેટ નાણાંકીય વર્ષની શરૂઆતથી જાહેરાત અન્‍વયે અરજી પત્રકો સ્‍વીકારવાની છેલ્‍લી તારીખ સુધીમાં મામલતદારથી મેળવેલ હોવ જોઇશે અને આવા ઉમેદવારોએ અરજીપત્રકનાં નિયત કોલમ ૪(ર) માં આપે ધારણ કરેલ નોનક્રિમિલેયર સર્ટીફીકેટની તારીખ યોગ્‍ય રીતે અચૂક દર્શાવવાની રહેશે તો જ આ કેટેગરી માટેનાં લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે. અન્‍યથા, આવા ઉમેદવારનું અરજીપત્રક ‘રદ’ ગણાશે, અને તે બાબતે અરજદાર દ્વારા કરેલ કોઇ રજૂઆત મંડળ દ્વારા ધ્‍યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહીં. પરંતુ આવા ઉમેદવારો અરજી કરતાં સમયે જે તે નાણાંકિય વર્ષ નું નોનક્રિમિલેયર સર્ટીફીકેટ ઉક્ત નિયત સમયગાળાની તારીખનું ધરાવતો ન હોય તો તેઓ સામાન્‍ય કેટેગરીનાં ઉમેદવાર તરીકે ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવી શકશે. અને અરજીપત્રકનાં કોલમ ૪(૩) માં તે વિગત અચૂક દર્શાવવાની રહેશે. અન્‍યથા અરજીપત્રક ‘રદ’ કરવામાં આવશે. આવા ઉમેદવારોને સા.શૈ.પ. વર્ગ તરીકે મળવાપાત્ર વય અને અનામતના લાભ મળશે નહીં. પરંતુ અરજીપત્રક ફી અને પરીક્ષામાંથી મુક્તિ મળશે. . અરજદારે પોતાનો તાજેતરનો પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝનો ફોટો અરજીપત્રકમાં નિયત જગ્‍યાએ ગુંદરથી ચોંટાડવો. (સ્‍ટેપ્‍લર પીન કે ટાંકણી લગાડવી નહીં) તેમજ અરજી પત્રકમાં નિયત જગ્‍યાએ સહી અને પુરૂષ ઉમેદવારે જમણાં અને મહિલા ઉમેદવારે ડાબા હાથનાં અંગુઠાનું નિશાન અચૂક કરવું. ઉમેદવારે તાજેતરનાં પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝનાં ફોટા એક કરતાં વધારે સંખ્‍યામાં પડાવવા જરૂરી છે. જેથી બીજા ફોટા ત્‍યારબાદ લેખિત કસોટી / મૌખિક કસોટી દરમ્‍યાન ઉપયોગમાં લઇ શકાય. . ઉમેદવારોએ અરજીપત્રકમાં ફક્ત અંગ્રેજી કેપીટલ અક્ષરમાં / આંકડામાં કાળી અથવા ભૂરી રીફીલ ધરાવતી બોલપેનથી યોગ્‍ય રીતે સુવાચ્‍ય રીતે જે તે બોકસમાં જ વિગતો દર્શાવવી અને નિયત જગ્‍યાએ પોતાની સહી અને અંગુઠાનું નિશાન કરવું તેમજ જે કોલમોમાં (√) ની નિશાની હોય ત્‍યાં યોગ્‍ય ખાનામાં જ √ ની નિશાની કરવી. અન્‍યથા અરજીપત્રક ‘રદ’ ગણાશે.
